Then print and fill out the registration and permission forms, as well as all relevant information.
Once completed, include your check and mail all to:

2) Call Karen at (801) 229-2655 or e-mail her at karen@excelvb.com
She can fax or e-mail you the desired camp brochures.
Then print and fill out the registration and permission forms.
Once completed, include your check, and mail to the address above.
3) Acquire the desired brochures thru either steps 1 or 2.

You may also substitute mailing a check by paying online thru PayPal.

We want to make the registration process as smooth and painless as possible.
Registration is complete once your deposit is received. Additional camp information may be required and sent to you to be signed and returned to our office.
